Trade Payment Method terms
Wishlist purchases are not refundable, and I won’t start until I receive the item.
Or if you give me a code to use to buy something, I will not start until after I purchase and get the item.
By commissioning, you accept these terms, if you get a commission, by buying/gifting me something from my wishlist. We must discuss what you’ll be buying before you make the payment!!
Gift Card, I will use them as soon as I'm able, within 2 days at max, so you're not waiting for me to start on the commission.
If you give me a gift code, and it doesn't work, and you choose to ignore me, or leave me on read, after 2 days the commission will be canceled, and I will no longer accept trades with you.
You can still commission with money, unless you break any other terms!

Rushed Fee Commissions
Commissions that must be done within 1 - 2 weeks terms!
- The commission will be finished within 1-2 weeks as requested!
- Commutation is a must with this commission! I need quick responses to be able to get the commission done, and finished within the time frame, so if you don't respond I can't finish the piece until you answer my question. So if the commission isn't finished by the deadline, you'll be warned that I can't finish by it because you didn't commute to help me get it finished. It's most ideal to be open to expecting random messages from me, so I can work on your commission when I'm able to.
- I may offer a refund for rushed commissions if I see I can't finish by the due date, and all other terms apply still.
- Rushed commissions are rushed! Meaning if I don't have the motivation, it may not come out 100% the best! I can't rush perfection.
- Having to redo the sketch can cause delays in finishing by the due date! May need to extend due date by 1 day if it is a 1-week due date!

My Rights
- I have a right to upload the commission to my galleries and socials! Unless you paid for me not to.
- If I have to redo a sketch, I have the right to reuse the old sketch for another commission, ych, personal art, or even as gift art in any way I see fit.
- I have a right to refuse any commission I don't feel comfortable accepting.
All Other Terms:
- Character References must be given upon commission request or a fee for no reference will be quoted.
- You cannot use the artwork for commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Do not remove my signature! I can move it if you prefer it in a different place, but please do not remove it! If you want it gone, I will charge you extra for removal as my credits for my work may be lost, and therefore lost in possible customers.
- YOU MUST credit me for my work. Link to a social, my website, or @ me on that social if I'm on that social will work!
- Please don't message me every day to every other day about your commission. If I have started it yet, or anything like that, I will purposely take longer on the commission if asked multiple times within a week, and you will be warned to not ask more than once a week!
- Commissions can take the earliest of 1 day to 2 month to finish!
- I work on art as I feel motivated to, but I will make sure to have your commission done within a reasonable time limit.
- My art style is subject to change!
- I will not reference another artist's style!
- I will only change major details in the sketch part. After I line, I will not change anything that will cause me to alter the line art.
- I can change colors, or fix marking details when at the coloring part.
- After shading, the piece is declared finished, but you can ask me to adjust shading and lighting details if you find the details, not to your liking.
- I always show the finished sketch for approval before lining/finishing the commission.
If you dislike the sketch, I will redo the sketch 1 time! After that, any redoing sketching will cost. See the bottom of the commission page for details.
- If you break one of my terms, decide to dispute the payment on PayPal or any other payment platform, you will be blocked, reported, banned, and beware placed on you across all my social media's warning others about your behavior, and breaking my terms / disputing payment for a finished commission.
- Don't ever question my art style or skill, not only is that disrespectful but if you rushed me, the quality of my work will be affected by how you treated me!
- You may use the piece for any personal use! (profile pictures, banners, stream overlays, in discord servers, etc.)
- You can ask for updates once a week. If you don't I will update you as soon as the sketch is completed for approval.
- Must pay before I start
- Must pay within 48 hours of agreement, unless discussed otherwise.
Payment Plans
Commission over $30. We can work out a payment plan.

- I will start the sketch after the first payment, and finish after the last payment.
- Turn Around time will be discussed between us! Mostly Turn around time will not be in a timely manner, but will try to finish each section of the commission between payments within a week to three weeks of each payment, or depending on how often the payments are, and how often I can personally work on the commission.
- First payment must be made within 48 hours of accepting payment plan agreement terms.
- We must discuss what I'm gonna draw, costs, and dates for when you'll be able to pay, and when the last date will be you will pay.
- If in the middle of the payment plan, something major comes up and you can't pay the rest, we can cancel the rest of the payments, and I will finish what I agree I'd do up to the point where you stopped paying. Just please give me a heads up.
- If you need an extra few days or a week to make the next payment, please talk to me, and we can work something out!
- I will accept up to 4-6 payments every other week!

All Other Terms
- Can resell, gift, trade.
- Can NOT sell for more than what you paid unless you buy or make more art.
- Slight design change is fine.
- NO Major Design changes! Ask first if you want tho! Permission first.
- Must credit me for my designs, and make sure the new owners, know I'm the designer.
- Must keep Character for 1 month before selling again!
- Must pay within 48 hours
- If you buy a adopt or character from me, please let me know about selling them first, as I might want to rebuy them back.
Any rules break, will result in a ban from future designs and characters. If I catch someone selling someone who bans from my designs buying a design. Both parties will be banned. Of course, I'll hear the person who sold my design to a banned party. But don't expect me to wave the banned without a good reason.
Toyhouse Terms
- Must not delete characters from toyhouse without permission!
I prefer my characters being sold, trades, and gifted to other users of toyhouse as it keeps credit and is less likely to lose credits.
- Characters must stay on toyhouse
